Scope of Shipping Services

Cravatti Investments LLC dispatches products from Bogotá D.C., Colombia to the United States using DHL Express to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Shipping for all purchases is free of charge.

Delivery Times

Delivery times to the United States range approximately from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination state and customs processing.

Delivery commences once payment is confirmed. If payment is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the following business day is considered the first day of the shipping period. For payments confirmed on weekends or public holidays, the shipping period begins on the next business day.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Customs and Import Duties

Products may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

Cravatti Investments LLC is not responsible for any customs and duties or delays caused by the customs clearance process.

Shipping Costs

There is no shipping charge for deliveries; all shipping fees are covered by Cravatti Investments LLC.

Receiving Orders

Deliveries must be received by an adult at the delivery address. Proof of receipt will be confirmed by the signature of the individual receiving the goods.

If no one is available at the address, or only minors are present, DHL will attempt delivery up to three times. If these attempts are unsuccessful, customer service will contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt. If contact is not successful within 7 days, the order will be returned, the purchase cancelled, and a refund process will start.

Damaged Goods

If you notice any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, please note it on the delivery guide as an observation and immediately contact customer service.
