Introduction

At Cravatti Investments LLC, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the terms under which returns and exchanges are handled to ensure clarity and satisfaction for both our customers and our company.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange: Customers can request an exchange for products within 365 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Goods: Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.

Promotional Items: Products purchased on promotion or with a discount are not eligible for exchange beyond the period mandated by law.

Shipping for Exchanges: The first return shipment cost for an exchanged item will be covered by Cravatti Investments LLC. Subsequent exchanges will require the customer to cover shipping costs.

Defective Products: If a product is defective, please report it within 30 calendar days to qualify for an exchange under warranty. We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.

Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal: In compliance with the Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within five (5) business days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process: Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, Cravatti Investments LLC will refund the purchase price within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the right was exercised.

Condition for Refund: The refund will be processed once the returned item is received in our warehouse and undergoes administrative processing.

Costs: The shipping cost for returned goods under the right of withdrawal must be borne by the customer.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made outside of electronic commerce mechanisms (such as in-person sales).

All returns and exchanges are subject to verification of original sale before acceptance.

Cravatti Investments LLC reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if it does not meet our policy requirements.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item desired is not available, a store credit may be offered.
